While the Piccolo Hotel had some charming aspects like its prime location and helpful staff, the room was quite basic, lacking a fridge and experiencing noticeable noise from the surroundings. Although practical for a short visit, improvements in comfort and amenities are needed.

Great location, just a few blocks from the main train station and major sights in Florence. The staff kept smiling and were always willing to help. the room had several drawbacks. Air conditioning didn’t work properly, making the stay uncomfortable in the heat. No fridge in the room was inconvenient for keeping drinks cool. The shower pressure was low, and the bathroom had some cleanliness issues, like lint left on slippers. The noise from outside and other rooms made it hard to sleep due to the thin walls. Breakfast options felt lacking as well. Climbing a flight of stairs with no elevator wasn't ideal, especially with luggage.

The location is perfect for exploring Florence's wonders! Our adult children loved wandering through the historic sites, and with Nandu and Tokuta's help, we discovered amazing local spots. The staff was friendly, making our trips even more enjoyable.

Spent 2 nights here and really enjoyed the location near everything fun in the city. The staff was super nice, always ready to help out. Our room was a bit noisy and the shower pressure could've been better, but honestly, the warm vibe and cozy atmosphere made up for it. Breakfast was decent too!
